How does it work?

For network-connected applications, network stability is critical. Our master controllers with grid code support provide additional protection for embedded energy generation and storage systems. With additional control of import and export of solar energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), our controllers enable accurate and simple fulfillment of distributor requirements.

In isolated systems, advanced BESS control allows our controller to perform peak shaving in coordination with PV (solar) production, increasing energy efficiency and reducing reliance on diesel generators. When the BESS is operating in grid-forming mode, the controller supports diesel-free operation by managing pre-charge conditions and ensures smooth transitions between energy sources.

Advanced microgrid topologies, especially those that do not depend on traditional diesel generators, require precise synchronization and coordination between distributed energy sources and the grid.
