The modernization of the older gas unit was successfully implemented, which significantly increased the efficiency and reliability of the system.

✅ Integrated ABB MCCB with motor drive (MOE)
✅ Used Schneider fuses and relays
✅ Activated Peak Shaving mode to optimize consumption and relieve the network
This integration enables safe parallel operation with the network, while Peak Shaving contributes to saving electricity.
An additional advantage is the heating of the production plant through the heat exchanger, using the heat from the operation of the aggregate - which further increases the overall energy efficiency of the plant.
