We are pleased to announce the successful modernization of Cummins C400D5, Cummins C250D5, C110D5,C350D5, CAT GEP400-2, and CAT GEP150 gensets for a client JPEmissionstechnicsandcommunications. This modernization is the result of our commitment to improving the performance, reliability and efficiency of the system of backup and basic power supply of buildings.
As part of this project, we implemented significant changes and improvements in the field of managing the existing aggregates and remote monitoring of the entire system. At the client's request, the existing ones (Cummins PowerCommand and Caterpillar PowerWizard) were replaced with a ComAp IL4 AMF25 control system with CM3-Ethernet communication and the use of InteliSCADA software, which enabled remote monitoring and complete control of all system parameters. In cooperation with our old/new partners Technolink doo, we achieved optimal integration of new systems with existing ones, and in a record short time, which resulted in stable and more reliable system operation at 8 critical locations.
This modernization, by improving the functionality of Cummins and Caterpillar aggregates, enabled better control over processes and more efficient management of energy resources for the end user. The current system provides advanced InteliSCADA monitoring capabilities and automatic regulation with additional built-in Speed Governor and AVR, which contributes to increased safety and reduced risk of unplanned interruptions.
